Nolavi Connect is made by Nolavi (nolavi.ai), based in the United States. It connects the advertising, analytics and search accounts you choose to AI apps you choose, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Questions: help@nolavi.ai.
Your account: your email address, your business name if you give it, the plan you pick, and a record of when you accepted our terms (time, IP address and browser).
Payments: our card processor (accept.blue) keeps your card. We only see and keep the card brand, the last 4 digits and the charges.
Connected accounts: when you sign in to Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok or LinkedIn through us, that platform gives us an access token for the accounts you approved. We also keep the names and IDs of those ad accounts, Analytics properties and Search Console sites so you can pick them.
Usage: each tool call your AI makes (which tool, which account, when, whether it worked, and the number of calls), and each change you approve or decline. This is how we count your plan's calls and show you your activity.
Help chat: the questions you ask Ask Nolavi and its answers, and any help ticket it opens for you.
Only what you or your AI asks for, when it asks: campaign settings and results, search terms, keywords, Analytics reports and Search Console searches. We send the answer to the AI app that asked and keep only the record of the call described above, not the report itself.
Changes (such as pausing a campaign, changing a budget or blocking a search) are made only when you approve them in your dashboard, or when your AI asks while you have approvals turned off.
We never use your account data to advertise to you, to train AI models, or for any other customer. We never sell it.
Nolavi Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
We ask Google for access to Google Ads (to read reports and make the changes you approve), Google Analytics (read only, to show visits and results next to ad spend), Search Console (read only, to show what people searched) and your name and email (to sign you in). We use this data only to provide and improve the features you use in Nolavi Connect, we don't let people read it except when you ask us for help, for security, or when the law requires it, and we don't transfer it to anyone except the AI app you connected and use to ask for it.
When you connect Nolavi Connect to an AI app, that app sends us your questions as tool requests and receives the answers. What the AI app does with your conversation is covered by that company's own privacy policy (for example Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT, xAI for Grok). You choose which AI apps to connect and you can sign them all out from your dashboard at any time.
Ask Nolavi, our help chat, uses Anthropic's Claude through Amazon Web Services in our own AWS account. Your questions are not used to train models.
Everything is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Platform access tokens are encrypted with a key that only the Nolavi Connect server can use. Connections use HTTPS. Only Nolavi's own team can see accounts, and only to give support.
The AI apps you connect (the answers they ask for), our card processor (to charge you), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email), and the platforms you connected (to read and change your accounts as you ask). Nobody else, except when the law requires it.
Disconnecting a platform in your dashboard deletes our copy of its access right away. You can also remove our access from the platform's own settings (for Google, myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Signing out every AI app removes their access right away. Removing an access key stops it right away.
To delete your whole account and its data, email help@nolavi.ai from the account's email address. We delete it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Call records and help chats are kept while your account is open so you can see your history.
Nolavi Connect is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we'll update the date below and, for important changes, email you before they take effect.
